摘    要:
目的研究不同产地五味子有效成分含量。方法用高效液相色谱法测定五味子醇甲(C24H32O7)的含量。结果吉林产五味子中五味子醇甲的含量高于其它两个产地。结论吉林产五味子质量最优。

Abstract:
Objective To study the component content.of Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis from different sources.Methods The content of Schizandrin(C24H32O7) by HPLC.Results The content of Schizandrin in Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis produced In JiLin was higher than that of the other two areas was determined.Conclusion The quality of Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis produced In JiLing is superior.
