| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肝硬化病人血清内毒素水平,并分析其与Child- pugh分级关系。方法:对33例肝硬化病人(其中Child- Pugh分级B级2 0例、C级13例)和16例健康者采用改良鲎实验法测外周血内毒素。结果:肝硬化病人的血浆内毒素明显高于健康对照组(P <0 .0 0 1) ,并且肝功能Child- Pugh C级组患者明显高于B级组,两组之间差异显著(P <0 .0 5 )。结论:肝硬化病人存在内毒素血症,并与肝功能分级的严重程度相一致。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the serum endotoxin level a nd the relationship between Child-Pugh grading in cirrhotic patients. Meth ods: Feces from 16 healthy adults and 33 patients with cirrhosis (20 patie nts in Child-Pugh B and 13 in Child-Pugh C) were cultured and the serum endotoxi n concentration was determined with limulus ameobocyte lystate.Results: The serum endotoxin levels increased significantly in patients with cirrh osis compared with in healthy controls (P<0.01),and increased markedly in Ch ild-Pugh C compared with in Child-Pugh B (P<0.05).Conclusions: There is endotoxemia in cirrhotic patients, with a parallel relation to at wh at Child-Pugh grade it is in liver function. |
