| 摘 要： | 目的评价腹腔镜改良Duhamel术治疗慢传输型便秘（STC）的疗效。方法回顾性分析8例行腹腔镜改良Duhamel术 的STC 患者的临床治疗及随访结果。结果本组患者手术均获成功，手术时间为160～220 min，手术出血量40～100 mL，术后肠 蠕动恢复时间为30～48 h，住院时间8～15 d，切口平均长度7 cm。所有患者术中无并发症发生。术后仅1 例患者发生肠梗阻，术 后1 个月时排便可控制在4 次以下，术后5 个月胃肠质量评分可接近正常人。结论腹腔镜改良Duhamel术治疗STC 安全有 效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of modified Duhamel procedure in the treatment of slow transit constipation(STC).Methods The clinical treatment and follow-up results of 8 patients with STC who underwent laparoscopic modified Duhamel surgery were analyzed retrospectively.Results All operations were performed successfully.The operation time was 160 to 220 minutes,the estimated operative blood loss was 40 to 100 mL.The time to resume intestinal function was 30 to 48 hours.The postoperative hospi... |
