南京市养老服务机构现状调查分析

目的了解南京市现有的养老机构总体状况,促进南京市养老机构的可持续发展：方法2008年11月～2009年4月对所有区、县登记在册的社会养老机构勾．包括老年公寓、敬老院、福利院等进行调查.结果（1）南京市民营性质养老机构数目最多,（2）养老机构的配建规模达标率和人住率均较低．（3）有一半以上的养老机构没有医生和护士,医疗服务设施不足,设施简陋。结论政府应统筹规划、合理布局,促进服务队伍专业化.

An Investigation and Study on the Service Institutions for the Aged in Nanjing City

Objectite ： To investigate the overall status of the existing service institutions tor the aged so as to promote the sustainable development of the service institutions for the aged in Nanjing. Method： The authors investigated all the registered service institutions for the aged including geriatric apartments, homes for the aged, welfare facilities etc. in all districts and counties of Nanjing City from November 2008 to April 2009. Results： （ 1 ） The institutions for the aged are mostly run by individuals or privale organizations in Nanjing. （2） The institutions＇rate up to the standard of both scale and neeessary. accessories as well as their occupancy are all low. （3） There is no doctors and nurses, lacking of medinal service facilities in more than a half of those institutions. Conclasion： The government should make an overall plan in developing service institutions in reasonable number and distribution and tram speeialized people serving the aged.
