| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经导管射频消融心房颤动的治疗,研究术中并发症的观察与护理。方法经导管射频消融治疗183例房颤患者,总结其迷走神经反射、血栓栓塞、肺静脉狭窄、心包填塞等术中并发症的观察和护理经验。结果手术即刻成功率为98%,共出现并发症11例,其中迷走神经反射8例、肺静脉狭窄1例、心包填塞2例,给予针对性的治疗和护理,均转良好。结论术中加强迷走神经反射、血栓栓塞、肺静脉狭窄、心包填塞等并发症的观察和护理对提高手术的安全性具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical observation and nursing about complications occurred during radiofrequency ablation in patients with atrial fibrillation. Methods 183 patients with atrial fibrillation were given radiofrequency ablation, to summarize the clinical observation and nursing about complications such as vasovagal reaction, thromboembolism, pulmonary vein stenosis and cadiac tamponade.
