| 摘 要： | 目的比较替扎尼定与多塞平治疗紧张型头痛的疗效。方法对54例紧张型头痛患者随机分成两组进行替扎尼定和多塞平治疗,并观察头痛程度评分变化和疗效评价。结果替扎尼定组头痛比多塞平组明显减轻,总有效率为92．9％、68．0％。两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）,且不良反应少。结论替扎尼定治疗紧张型头痛近期疗效好、不良反应轻,值得推荐。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare efficacy of tizanidine hydrochloride with doxepin in the treatment of tension type headache. Methods 54 patients with tension type headache were randomized into tizanidine group and doxepin group. Headache score was observed. Effects and side reactions were evaluated. Results Findings indicated that efficacy of tizanidine was preferable to doxepin. The total efficacy rate was 92.9 % and 68.0 % respectively. This difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Tizanidine in tension type headache is effective. |
