碘仿明胶海绵在预防下颌阻生智齿拔除后干槽症中的作用

目的：探讨碘仿明胶海绵对下颌阻生智齿拔除后干槽症的预防作用。方法：选择拔除下颌阻生智齿266颗,术后随机分为两组。一组为实验组,即牙拔除后牙槽窝内植入碘仿明胶海绵,咬棉球30min;另一组为对照组,即牙拔除后牙槽窝内不放置任何填充物,只咬棉球30min。对两组干槽症的发生率进行对比研究。结果：对照组有7例发生干槽症,发生率为5．83％,而碘仿明胶海绵组只有1例发生干槽症,发生率为0．68％。两组的发生率统计学分析有显著性差异。结论：磺仿明胶海绵能有效地预防下颌阻生智齿拔除后干槽症的发生。

Effect of iodoform gelatin sponge on incidence of socket caused by impacted mandibular third molar extraction

Objective:To explore effects of iodoform gelatin sponge on prevention of dry socket caused by impacted mandibular third molar extraction .Methods:256 impacted mandibular third molars extracted were divided into two groups at random.One was the experimental group, in which we implanted iodoform gelatin sponge into alveolar nest,cotton bale staying for 30 min;the other was contrast group,in which we did not implant anything into alveolar nest,only cotton bale staying for 30 min.Then we compared occurrence of dry socket of the two groups.Results:there were 7 people infected with dry socket in the control group,with the incidence rate of 5.83%,While there was only one infected with dry socket in the experimental group,the incidence being 0.68%.Suggesting that the incidence of dry socket was significantly lower in experimental group compared with control one.Conclusion: Our results demonstrate that the local use of the iodoform gelatin sponge postsurgery is effective in the prevention of dry socket.
