电针治疗脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫的临床研究

摘    要:目的:探讨电针治疗中风偏瘫痉挛状态的临床疗效及其机制。方法:采用电针拮抗针法与传统针刺方法进行临床对比。结果:电针治疗组总有效率为90.3%,对照组为64.0%,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P〈0.01),治疗组疗效高于对照组;电针治疗组可明显缓解偏瘫肢体的痉挛度并且优于对照组。结论:电针可有效地缓解中风偏瘫的痉挛状态。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the distribution of the activated cerebral regions after acupunctral stimulation of Houxi(SI3)by using functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)technique.Methods:A total of 6 cases of volunteer healthy subjects were recruited for this study.Before and during manipulation of the needle,cerebral images were samarately using fMRI scanner and analyzed by using AFNI softward.Results:During manipulation of the needle inserted in the unilateral Houxi(SI3),the highly-activated cerebral structures were cingulated gyrus,Insula,temporal gyrus,cerebellar hemisphereand occipital gyrus,etc.Conclusion:The effect of acupuncture analgesia was probably caused by the interaction of multiple brain structures of functional connectivity rather than through the activation of a single brain region.
