活血化瘀法治疗突发性耳聋的临床研究

目的 观察活血化瘀法治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效,并探讨其疗效机理.方法 60例患者分两组,治疗组(30例30耳)口服耳聋合剂,同时静脉点滴丹参注射液,对照组(30例30耳)予静脉点滴丹参注射液.以临床症状、纯音测听、声阻抗为主要观察指标,采用公认的疗效评定标准,对两组疗效进行比较.结果 治疗组、对照组愈显率、总有效率分别为63.33%,76.67%,53.33%,66.67%.经Ridit分析,两组疗效无显著性差异(P＞0.05).治疗组对舌质的改善明显(P＜0.001).结论 活血化瘀法治疗突发性耳聋有确切疗效.

Sudden deafness treated with therapy of activating blood and removing stasis

Objective To observe the curative effect of the therapy of activating blood and removing stasis on sudden deafness, and to discuss the mechanism. Method The patients (n=60) were divided into 2 groups. The treatment group (n=30) was given Erlong Mixture orally and Danshen Injection by intravenous drip and the control group (n=30), Danshen Injection only. The curative effects of two groups were compared taking the symptoms, test of pure tone and acoustic impedance as the main observing indexes by using generally accepted standard for effect evaluation. Result The cure plus effectual rate and total effective rate were 63.33 % and 76.67 % respectively in the treatment group, and 53.33 % and 66.67 % in the control group. There was no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05) by Ridit analysis. In the treatment group the changes of tongue texture was significant (P<0.001). Conclusion The therapy of activating blood and removing stasis has a reliable curative effect on sudden deafness.
