特发性间质性肺炎肺功能的分析

目的：探讨特发性间质性肺炎的肺功能的特点。方法：测定20例通过临床影像一病理而最后综合诊断的特发性间质性肺炎患者的肺通气和肺换气功能，同期进行动脉血气分析。结果：肺总量、残气量、肺活量、肺一氧化碳弥散量和PaO2显著的减少，而FEVI／FVC、呼吸频率和PCO2却增加。结论：特发性间质性肺炎肺功能表现为限制性通气功能和肺弥散功能障碍。

Analysis of pulmonary function in patients with idiopathic interstitial pneumonia

Objective To investigate the characteristic of pulmonary function in the patients of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia.Methods Respiratory ventilation and gas exchange function were measured in the patients of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia,who were defied according to a final clinico-radiologic-pathologic diagnosis;arterial blood gas analysis were also undertaken.Results Total lung capacity,residual volume,vital capacity,diffusing capacity of the lung for carbon monoxide and PaO_2 were all decreased,though the first second ratio,breathing frequency and PCO_2 were increased.Conclusion The patients' pulmonary function of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia appears restriction of ventilation function and impairment of lung diffusion function.
