羧甲基壳聚糖湿性敷料对手术切口愈合影响的研究

摘    要:目的 观察并探讨一种新型抗菌敷料羧甲基壳聚糖湿性敷料对颈部或胸部手术切口愈合的影响.方法 收集湖北省人民医院乳腺甲状腺外科收治的60倒手术病人,随机分为试验组和对照组各30例,观察比较羧甲基壳聚糖湿性敷料和普通棉纱布敷科对手术切口愈合时间、创面愈合情况(甲、乙、丙级愈合或不愈合)、不良反应发生率、疼痛程度(VAS疼痛评分)的影响.结果 相对于棉质敷料,羧甲基壳聚糖敷科创面愈合时间较短,创口愈合质量较好,不良反应发生率较低,患者疼痛降低(P<0.05).结论 羧甲基壳聚糖湿性敷料与传统棉纱布敷料相比,可以促进创口愈合,提高创面愈合质量,降低不良反应发生率.

Abstract:Objective Aim to investigate the effect of carboxymethyl chitosan moist dressing on neck and chest surgical incision wound healing. Methods A total of 60 patients admitted in the department of thyroid and breast surgery,Renmin hospital of Hubei Province were collected,and randomly assigned to the experiment group and the control group. The experiment group used carboxymethyl chitosan moist dressing,and the control group used the traditional cotton cloth dressing. The healing time and healing stage (stage A, B, C and not healed ), adverse reaction rate and pain severity evaluation(VAS score) was compared between both groups. Results Compared to the traditional cotton cloth dressing, the healing time, adverse reaction rate and pain severity were lower, healing stage was improved(P〈0. 05 ). Conclusions Carboxymethyl chitosan moist dressing had a better effect on surgical incision wound healing stage and a shorter wound healing time, lower adverse reaction rate compared to the traditional cotton cloth dressing.
