锁定钢板和解剖型钢板治疗股骨远端骨折的疗效比较

目的比较锁定钢板与解剖型钢板治疗股骨远端骨折的疗效。方法选取我院2006年3月～2010年5月收治的98例股骨远端骨折患者,随机分为A组（锁定钢板内固定,48例）和B组（解剖型钢板内固定,50例）,比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组患者手术时间、手术成功率差异不大,但出血量、住院时间、术后并发症及膝关节功能评分存在明显差异,且具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论锁定钢板内固定治疗股骨远端骨折具有更好的安全性、有效性和微创性,值得推广应用。

Comparison of locking plate with anatomical plate for the treatment of distal femoral fracture

Objective To compare locking plate and anatomical plate for the treatment of distal femoral fracture.Methods From March 2006 to May 2010,98 patients with distal femoral fractures were randomly divided into group A（locking plate internal fixation group,48 cases）and group B（anatomical plate internal fixation group,50 patients）.Therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results For the two groups of patients,operation time and rate of successful repair did not differ significantly.However,there were significant differences in terms of blood loss,hospital stay,postoperative complications and knee function scores.Conclusion Treating distal femoral fracture with locking plate fixation features better safety,effectiveness,minimally invasiveness,which therefore deserves propagation.
