| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声引导下置管引流心包积液的临床价值。方法对我院20例心包积液患者在超声定位引导下行中心静脉导管置管引流。结果20例患者均一次性穿刺成功，且无一例并发症发生。结论中心静脉导管置管引流具有创伤小、操作简便安全、疗效好等优点。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the value of echocardiographically guided pericardiocentesis in clinical practice. Methods Twenty patients with pericardial effusion underwent echocardiographically guided pericardiocentesis were evaluated. Results The management was successful and there was no complications after pericardiocentesis in all cases. Conclusion Echocardiographically guided pericardiocentesis is a simple, safe and effective procedure. |
