纤溶酶原激活物抑制物和脑血栓

摘    要:脑内的纤溶酶原激活物主要是t -PA ,纤溶酶原激活物抑制物 - 1(PAI - 1)相互制约以维持正常血浆纤溶活性 ,PAI- 1水平及活性的变化对血循环中纤溶活性变化起重要作用 ,是脑血栓发病的重要危险因素。文章概述了PAI- 1的结构、分布、活性及其表达 ,以及PAI- 1水平同脑血栓的关系。

Abstract:The activator of plasminogen in brain is mainly t-PA. The t-PA restricts activator inhibitor (PAI-1) each othe to maintain the plasma fibrolysis activity. The changes of level and activity of PAI-1 plays important role in changes of fibrolysis activity in blood circulation and is high risk factor of cerebral embolism. This paper had summarized the structure, distribution, activity, expression of PAI-1 and the relation of its level with cerebral embolism.
