虎杖中蒽醌化合物部分分离晶体抗Ⅰ型人疱疹病毒的实验研究

对虎杖中蒽醌化合物进行了分级分离，并且对乙酸乙酯卒取部分晶Ⅲ、晶Ⅳ抗ＨＳＶ－１药效，通过病毒所致细胞病变的抑制以及空斑减数实验进行了观察。结果表明，在ＨＥＰ－２细胞系统中，晶Ⅳ对ＨＳＶ－１Ｆ株的增殖及其感染均具有明显的抑制作用，ＥＤ５０分别为０．０６７ｍｇ／Ｌ及０．０３０７２ｍｇ／Ｌ，ＥＤ９０分别为３．３９８ｍｇ／Ｌ及１．８１１ｍｇ／Ｌ。同样，晶Ⅳ对ＨＳＶ－１Ｆ株也具有显著的直接杀灭作用，ＥＤ５０及ＥＤ９０分别为０．０９４４３ｍｇ／Ｌ及３．５０１ｍｇ／Ｌ。认为晶Ⅳ对ＨＳＶ－１具有显著的抑制作用，而其细胞毒作用不强，值得开发利用。

Research on Antiviral Effect of Ethyl Acetate Extract Component of Rhizoma Polygong Cuspidati on Human Simplex Virus 1

In order to exploit and use the antiviral property of rhizoma polygoni cuspidati,we fractionated anthraquinone chemicals of it,and investigated drug effects of ethyl acetate extract component That is crystalline Ⅲ and crystalline Ⅳ on HSV 1Fstrain by way of CPE inhibition and plaque reduction assays.It was showed that crystalline Ⅳ had obvious inhibition effects on the multiplication and infection of HSV 1Fstrain in HEP 2 cell sysytem,its’ED 50 s were 0.067 mg/L and 0.03072 mg/L separately,its’ED 90 s were 3.398 mg/L and 1 811 mg/L respectively.Similarly,crystallineⅣ had direct virucidal effect on HSV 1 Fstrain also It’s ED 50 s was 0.09443 mg/L,and it’s ED 90 was3.501 mg/L.Because crystalline Ⅳ had significant antiviral effect and weak cytotoxicity,it should be worth exploitation.
