| 摘 要： | 目的观察酮替芬联合茶碱缓释片治疗上呼吸道感染的疗效。方法选临床诊断为上呼吸道感染经常规抗感染、止咳治疗后咳嗽症状不能减轻的60例分为3组,A组采用酮替芬联合茶碱缓释片治疗,B组采用抗生素治疗,C组(A+B)组联合治疗,疗程共7～10d,观察3组疗效。结果A组有效率达85.0%,B组有效率达55.0%,C组有效率达90.0%。结论酮替芬联合茶碱缓释片治疗上呼吸道感染后咳嗽,临床疗效显著,明显改善咳嗽症状。 |
