| 摘 要： | 目的:提高对肾嗜酸性细胞瘤的认识及诊疗水平。方法:回顾性分析2例患者临床资料,术前均诊断为肾脏肿瘤。结果:2例患者均行根治性肾切除术,术后病理证实为嗜酸性细胞瘤。结论:肾嗜酸性细胞瘤是一种发病率较低的疾病,易与肾癌相混淆,其诊断主要依赖于病理。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To improve the screening accuracy of renal onco- cytorna for management of this disease.Methods:Two cases diagnosed a.s renal cancer preoperatively were reviewed.Results:The two patients were both undergone radical nephrectomy,but confirmed post-opera- tively to be renal oncocytoma by pathology.Conclusion:Renal oncocy- toma is a rare disease and may present with a renal mass mimicking renal cancer and its diagnosis depends on pathological finding. |
