依达拉奉对急性脑梗死后MMP-2、MMP-9和神经功能缺损的影响

目的观察急性脑梗死患者接受依达拉奉治疗后血清中基质金属蛋白酶_2（MMP-2）和基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）含量的变化及神经功能缺损的变化，探讨其临床价值。方法随机抽取80例急性脑梗死患者，分为观察组和对照组，对照组患者接受常规药物处理，观察组患者在常规治疗基础上增加应用依达拉奉注射液；观察治疗后对照组和观察组患者MMP-2及MMP-9的含量和神经功能缺损评分的变化。结果治疗后观察组患者血清中的MMP-2及MMP-9含量均较对照组降低；神经功能缺损较对照组降低。结论依达拉奉可降低急性脑梗死患者血清中的MMP-2和MMP-9的表达效果及减少神经功能缺损，临床中可积极应用。

The effect of Edaravone on MMP-2.MMP-9 and neurologic impairment during the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the clinical efficiency of Edaravone in treating Acute Cerebral Infarction （ACI） by testing changes of Matrix Metalloproteinase-2 （MMP-2） and Matrix Metalloproteinase-9 （MMP-9） in patients receiving Edavavone treatment. Methods 80 eases with ACI were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group. Control group was treated with conventional methods, while observation group was treated with Edaravone injection on the basis of conventional therapy. Observed changes of MMP-2/9 and neurological deficit scores before and after treatment. Results MMP-2/9 and neurological deficit scores in observation group were reduced significantly compared with those in control group. Conclusion Edaravone has a positive effect on lowering MMP-2/9 in ACI patients and deserves widespread clinical application.
