| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定黄豆苷元片中黄豆苷元含量的HPLC分析方法。方法采用Diamonsil C18为色谱柱,流动相：甲醇-水（65∶35）,检测波长：249nm,流速：1.0mL·min-1。结果黄豆苷元在0.1643～0.6573μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9999）;样品的平均回收率为99.8%（n=6）;RSD为0.68%。结论方法简便、快速、准确、所测结果稳定、重现性好、专属性强,可用于黄豆苷元片的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective A HPLC method for determination of daidzein in Daidzein Tablets was developed.Methods Diamonsil C18 column was used with methanol and water（65∶35）as mobile phase.The detecting wavelength was 249nm and the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.Results The linear range for daidzein was 0.1643～0.6573μg（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 99.8%（n=6）,and RSD was 0.68%.Conclusions The method is simple,rapide,accurate,reproducible and specific.It can be used for determination of Daidzein Tablets. |
