| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨超声在急性阑尾炎诊断中的临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析150例经手术病理证实为急性阑尾炎的患者的超声探查情况。结果：150例患者中经超声直接或间接提示为急性阑尾炎的病例数为121例，诊断准确率为80．67％；漏诊29例，漏诊率为19．33％。结论：超声为一种安全可靠、实用快捷、无创性的检查，在急性阑尾炎的诊断中具有较高的准确性，可作为诊断和鉴别诊断急性阑尾炎的首选影像学诊断方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis. Methods： Sonographic findings about 150 patients with acute appendicitis were retrospectively studied, which were confirmed by surgery and pathology. Results：There were 121 cases which were diagnosed by ultrasound either directly or indirectly. The diagnostic accuracy rate was 80.67%. 29 case were missed. The misdiagnosis rate was 19.33%. Conclusions： Ultrasonography is a safe and practical method with a great value in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis. It is the method of choice in the differentiate diagnosis of the a- cute abdomen. |
