摘    要:
目的:研究高糖对主动脉血管平滑肌细胞产生一氧化氮(NO)及其合酶(NOS)活性的影响。方法:应用NO及NOS试剂盒测定大鼠主动脉血管平滑肌细胞NO的含量及NOS的活性。结果:高糖能显著抑制培养的平滑肌细胞NO的产生,并能明显降低NOS的活性,具有浓度和时间效应。结论:高糖对平滑肌细胞产生NO的抑制可能是通过抑制其NOS的活性而起作用的。

Abstract:
Objective:To study the effect and mechanism of high glucose on NO and NOS activity producted in cultured rat aortic vascular smooth muscle cells.Method:The level of NO and NOS activity were measured by NO and NOS kits in ASMC.Result:High glucose significantly decrease NO production and the activity of NOS in a dose-and time-dependent manners in ASMC.Conclution:High glucose can markedly attenuate the NO synthesis, the possible mechanism of this effect was attributed to the decrease of NOS activity.
