水果致接触性皮炎103例临床分析

摘    要:目的:分析水果致接触性皮炎的临床特点。方法:对103例水果致接触性皮炎的病史、进食水果史、临床表现、检查和治疗等进行回顾性分析。结果:致敏水果有芒果、菠萝、猕猴桃和苹果,多发于女性(69.9%),以青少年为主,皮疹主要呈急性皮炎样,伴有不同程度的口周麻木、瘙痒、灼热感或刺痛等症状。结论:有过敏体质者和幼儿尽量不食用芒果和菠萝,曾发生水果皮炎的患者禁食致敏水果。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the clinical features and treatment of contact dermatitis caused by intake of fruits. Methods:The data of medical history,the history of eating fruits,clinical presentation and treatment were analyzed in 103 patients with contact dermatitis caused by intake of fruits. Results:Female accounted for 69.9% of all diagnoses. Majority of the patients were adolescents. Mango,pineapple,Chinese goosebeery and apples were the main sensitization fruits. Main clinical symptoms were the acute dermatitis, with a different degree of perioral numbness,itching and burning sensation. Conclusion:Allergies and children should avoid eating mango and pineapple and the patients should avoid eating allergic fruits.
