| 摘 要： | 目的:了解十堰市艾滋病感染的流行情况。方法:对十堰市1998-2012年艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者流行状况进行流行病学分析。结果:1998-2012年HIV十堰市共发现HIV感染者488例;经性途径感染287例,占58.81%;年龄以20~50岁为主。结论:湖北省十堰市艾滋病仍处于低流行水平,以青壮年为主。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To understand the situation of epidemic of human immunodeficiency virus infection （ HIV） in Shiyan City, Hubei province. Methods： Epidemiological data of HIV infection from 1998 to 2012 were analyzed. Results：From 1998 to 2012, 488 cases were reported, out of them 58.81% were transmitted through sexual contacts. Majority of the patients were aged from 20 to 50 years old. Conclusion：HIV infection is still in a low epidemic level. Young people are dominated among the infected. |
