纤维乳管内视镜在伴乳头溢液乳腺疾病中的应用

目的]探讨纤维乳管内视镜在伴乳头溢液的乳腺疾病中的应用价值。方法]对448例乳头溢液患者使用纤维乳管内视镜检查,将溢液性状、乳管镜下检查结果及手术病理诊断进行总结分析。结果]448例中,血性溢液102例,浆液血性溢液51例,浆液性溢液217例,乳汁样溢液22例,水样溢液52例,脓性溢液4例。纤维乳管内视镜诊断乳腺导管内乳头状瘤199例,乳腺导管内乳头状瘤病12例,乳腺癌26例,乳腺导管扩张症200例,正常乳管11例。纤维乳管内视镜诊断符合率：乳腺导管内乳头状瘤96.83%,导管内乳头状瘤病83.33%,乳腺癌95%,导管扩张症95.65%。结论]纤维乳管内视镜能够准确评估伴乳头溢液的乳腺疾病的病因、定位、治疗,提高早期乳腺癌的检出率。
