普胸术后采用芬太尼氧气雾化吸入镇痛的临床研究

目的:探讨芬太尼氧气雾化吸入用于普胸术后镇痛的经济性、安全性和有效性。方法:普胸术后患者40例随机分成芬太尼氧气雾化吸入镇痛和病人自控静脉镇痛两组,观察镇痛前后评分、起效时间、患者和医生满意度、不良反应、经济费用。结果:两组患者镇痛效果好;起效时间试验组快于对照组;患者和医生对两组镇痛方法的满意度好;经济费用实验组远低于对照组。结论:普胸术后采用芬太尼氧气雾化吸入镇痛是安全的、有效的、经济的。

Clinical Research on Inhalation of Oxygen with Atomizing Fintanyl for Postoperative Analgesia in Patients Undergoing Thoracic Surgery

Objective To study the effection,safety and economy of inhalation of oxygen with atomizing finanyl for postoperative analgesia in patients undergoing thoracic surgery.Methods 40 patients undergoing thoracic surgery were randomly divided into 2 groups including analgesia of inhalation of oxygen with atomizing fintanyl and patient-controlled intravenous analgesia.Observe the grades before and after operation,the time recovering from pain,satisfaction from patients and doctors,side effects and hospital expenses.Results Recovery time from test group was less than from comparative group.Patients and doctors were satisfied with two methods of analgesia.Hospital expenses of test group were far less than those of comparative group.Conclusion Inhalation of oxygen with atomizing fintanyl used for postoperative analgesia is safe,effective and economical.
