| 摘 要： | 目的：分析心理诱导引发的“食物中毒”的基本特征及其成因,方法：收集3起发生在小的疑似食物中毒爆发事件流行病学调查资料进行分析。结果：3例偶发生活事件诱发引起的“食物中毒”病例的临床特点主要表现为腹痛,腹部不适或其他自觉症状,典型的胃肠道感染或中毒症状（腹泻、呕吐）较为少见,偶发生活事件与病例之间存在统计学上的关联（P＜0．01）。结论：偶发生活事件可以诱发引起群体性非特异性的,以主观感觉异常为主要特征的健康相关事件。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the essential characteristics and the cause of food poisoning-likely syndrome caused by daily life events. Methods The epidemiological data of three cases of "food poisoning outbreaks in elementary schools were collected and analyzed. Results The clinical characteristics of the three cases of "food poisoning" induced by daily life events mainly showed to be abdominalgia, abdominal discomfort and other self-conscious symptoms. Typical symptoms of gastrointestinal infection or poisoning (for example, diarrhea and vomiting) appeared scarcely. There was statistically correlation between the daily life events and the case occurrences (P < 0.01). Conclusion Under the influence of psychological factors, The cluster occurence of unspecific health-related events can be induced by some daily life events in schools. |
