P27在子宫内膜癌中的表达及意义

目的探讨子宫内膜癌(EC)中P27蛋白的表达及其临床病理意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测42例EC中P27蛋白的表达。结果EC中P27蛋白核高表达率为16.7%,明显低于正常子宫内膜和增生子宫内膜(P<0.01);P27蛋白核表达与组织学分级有关,分化差者P27核表达率低(P<0.01)。结论P27蛋白核表达缺失与EC的发生发展及恶性程度的增高有关;P27蛋白核定位缺失与其功能丧失有关。

Expression and value of P27 in endometrial carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression of P27 protein in endometrial carcinoma and to study its relationship with clinicopathological features.Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of P27 protein in 42 cases with endometrial carcinoma.Results The high nuclear expression rate of P27 protein in endometrial carcinoma was 16.7% and was significantly lower than that in normal endometrium and hyperplasia endometrium(P<0.01).Nuclear expression of P27 protein had a relationship with cell differentiation and it was low in moderately and poorly differentiated cells (P<0.01 ).The cytoplasmic stain of P27 in endometrial tumor cells was 47.6% and was significantly higher than that in normal endometrium and hyperplasia endometrium (P<0.01 ).Conclusion Decreased nuclear expression of P27 plays a role in the development of endometrial cancer and indicates the increasing of malignant degree.The loss of nuclear localization of P27 protein relates to the inactivity of this nuclear protein.
