PTEN基因第5,8外显子多态性与子宫内膜癌的相关性研究

目的:探讨PTEN基因第5,8外显子多态性与子宫内膜癌易感性的相关性。方法:用PCR-RFLP方法及Southern杂交技术检测PTEN基因第5,8外显子在内膜癌组及正常对照中的基因型与基因频率并进行统计学比较。结果:外显子5、8的病例组与对照组间各基因型及基因频率分布比较差异均有显著性(P<0.005)。结论:PTEN基因第5、8外显子多态性与内膜癌易感性有一定相关性。

The Correlation of PTEN gene exons 5,8 polymorphisms with susceptibility of endometrial cancer

Objective:To study the correlation of PTEN gene exons 5,8 polymorphisms with susceptibility of endometrial cancer.Methods:Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP)method and Southern blotting method was used to detect the distribution of the genotype and alleles of PTEN gene exons 5,8 in 41 endometrial carcinoma patients and 45 corresponding normal people.Results:For exons 5,there were 32 genotype A1,32 genotype A2,41 genotype A3,9 genotype AX,32 allele A1A2A3,9 allele AXA3 in 41 endometrial carcinoma patients and 45 genotype A1,45 genotype A2,45 genotype A3,0 genotype AX,45 allele A1A2A3,0 allele AXA3 in 45 corresponding normal people,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.005);For exons 8,there were 59 genotype C1,15 genotype C2,26 allele C1C1,7 allele C1C2,8 allele C2 in patients and 35 genotype C1,31 genotype C2,13 allele C1C1,9 allele C1C2,23 allele C2 in the contrasts,a significant difference between the two groups,too(P<0.005).Conclusion:The PTEN gene exons 5,8 polymorphisms is related with the susceptibility of endometrial cancer.
