手术治疗子宫肌瘤结果分析

目的：探讨子宫肌瘤患者手术治疗的适应证、优点、并发症及临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析1990年1月至1999年12月间912例子宫肌瘤的发生部位、手术方式、术后并发症。结果：912例子宫肌瘤手术全子宫切除占87.5%。肌瘤剔除术占8.2%;经阴道粘膜下肌瘤拧除占4.3%。术后并发症127例,除阴道残端出血和刀口感染外,膀胱损伤和肠梗阻各1例。结论：子宫肌瘤手术治疗效果可靠,并发症少,在子宫切除组中,以子宫次全切除和经阴子宫切除优点多。

ANALYSIS OF OPERATIONS ON PATIENTS WITH HYSTEROMYOMA

Objective:To explore the indications,advantages,complications,and clinical applied value of operations on patients with hysteromyoma.[WT5HZ]Methods:Sites of hysteromyoma,modes of operations,and post operative complications in 912 cases of hysteromyomata from January 1990 to December 1999 were reviewed and analyzed retrospectively.[WT5HZ]Results:Most of the cases received total hysterectomy (87.5%),8.2% abdominal myomectomy,and 4.3% vaginal myomectomy.Among the cases,there were 127 cases with post operative complications,including hemorrhage of vaginal residues and incisional infection,1 case with urinary bladder damage,and another one with intestinal obstruction.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:Operative treatment of hysteromyoma is reliable with fewer complications.Furthermore,in the group treated with hysterectomy,subtotal hysterectomy and vaginal hysterectomy are superior to the other.
