| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中医辨证治疗慢性咽炎的疗效。方法：将慢性咽炎患者160例辨证分为：肺肾阴虚、痰瘀互结、气血两虚、脾肾阳虚4个证型。结果：160例中痊愈83例，好转58例，无效19例，有效率88．0％。结论：中医辨证治疗慢性咽炎疗效可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the efficacy of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis. Methods： 160 cases of chronic pharyngitis were divided into yin deficiency of lung and kidney syndrome, intermingled phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, qi and blood deficiency syndrome and yang deficiency of spleen and kidney syndrome. Results： Among 160 patients, 83 cases recovered and 59 cases improved with an efficiency rate of 88.0%. Conclusion： The efficacy of TCM syndrome differentiation in treating chronic pharyngitis is reliable and worth spreading. |
