重用参附治疗冠心病举隅

目的：探讨重用人参、附子治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法：通过对冠心病病因、病机、病案的总结、分析,佐证重用人参、附子是治疗冠心病的关键。结果与结论：冠心病发病特点,多为阳虚血瘀,故临床多从阳虚论证,重用人参、附子,取得显著临床效果。

Illustration of Using Heavy Dosage of Ginseng and Radix Aconiti Praeparata in Treating Coronary Heart Disease

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of heavy dosages of ginseng and radix aconiti praeparata in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods：The etiology,pathogenesis and case summary were summarized and analyzed,which supported the evidence that using heavy dosages of ginseng and radix aconiti praeparata was the key in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Results and Conclusion：The onset characteristics of coronary heart disease are mostly yang deficiency and blood stasis,so in clinic it＇s usually treated from the aspect of yang-deficiency and the heavy dosages of ginseng and radix aconiti praeparata could achieve significant clinical effect.
