| 摘 要： | 目的：观察稳心颗粒治疗急性冠脉综合征合并心律失常的临床疗效。方法：56例患者随机平均分为两组，所有病例均进行常规治疗，治疗组加用稳心颗粒，对照组予以普罗帕酮。结果：两组临床症状改善比较及心律失常效应情况比较，治疗组均优于对照组。结论：稳心颗粒治疗急性冠脉综合征合并心律失常疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenxin Granule in treating acute coronary syndrome complicated with arrhythmia. Methods： 56 patients were randomly divided into two groups, who all underwent conventional treatment. The treatment group received additional Wenxin Granule while the control group received propafenone. Results： Compared with the control group, the treatment group was superior in the improvements of clinical symptoms and arrhythmic effects. Conclusion ： Wenxin Granule has shown significant effect in treating acute coronary syndrome complicated with arrhythmia. |
