细辛外用抗炎镇痛作用研究

目的：通过对细辛的外用实验研究,揭示中药外用的机理及特点,丰富中药外用理论,指导临床外用。方法：通过外用对蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀的影响、对小鼠热板致痛的影响、对小鼠耳壳二甲苯致肿实验的影响等药理实验,验证细辛引火下行,消肿的外用功能。结果：细辛能减轻大鼠足跖度肿胀度,提高小鼠痛阈值,明显减轻小鼠的耳肿胀度。结论：细辛外用具有消肿止痛,引火下行功能。

Anti-inflammatory and Analgesic Effects of Asarum for External Use

Objective：To reveal the mechanism and characteristics of Chinese herbs for external use through Asarum＇s external experimental study and to enrich the theory for external use,thus guiding the clinical external application.Methods：The external functions such as guiding fire downward and alleviating swelling were tested through the pharmacological experiments,in which the effect of external use on egg white-induced paw swelling of rats,the effect of external use on the pain of mice caused by hot plate and the impact of external use on xylene-induced swelling of the ear shell were observed.Results：Asarum could alleviate the degree of paw swelling of rats,increase pain threshold in mice and significantly relieve the ear swelling in mice.Conclusion：Asarum has the function of alleviating swelling,easing pain and guiding fire downward.
