对中医药治疗肠道肿瘤战略战术的思考

目的：以肠道肿瘤为基点,探讨中医药治疗肿瘤的战略战术。方法：确立破血化瘀,以毒攻毒之原则;扶正祛邪,时机先后之原则;滋阴温阳,地位主次之原则。结果：根据“瘀”“毒”的肿瘤病机,确立活血化瘀、解毒破积、扶正培本、以人为本的治疗方法。结论：通过问题的考虑,探求中医药治疗肿瘤主动性、独立性与决定性,对指导临床有重要的意义。

Thinking on the Strategies and Tactics of Using Chinese Medicine in Treating Intestinal Tumors

Objective： To explore the strategies and tactics of using Chinese medicine in treating tumors based on the intestinal tumors.Methods： The principle of inducing bleeding and removing blood stasis as well as detoxifying the poison with another poison was established;the principle of strengthening the healthy-qi and cultivating health and setting the priority of timing was determined;the principle of nourishing yin and warming yang as well as making sure the priority of status was also confirmed.Results： The treatment methods of promoting the blood flow to remove stasis,detoxifying the poisons and removing stagnation,strengthening the healthy-qi and cultivating health and treating the human body as the foundation were set according to the pathogenesis of stagnation and toxins of tumor.Conclusion： Through the thinking on this issue,the exploration on the Initiative,independence and decisiveness of Chinese medicine in treating tumors is significant in guiding clinical practice.
