摘    要:目的:观察针刺及中药并用治疗小儿多发性抽动症的临床疗效。方法:将入选的65例病例随机分为治疗组33例和对照组32例,治疗组给予针刺加中药治疗,对照组用氟哌叮醇治疗。根据耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表、减分率进行疗效判定。结果:治疗组治愈18例,显效12例,无效3例;对照组治愈10例,显效12例,无效10例。两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:针药并用治疗小儿多发性抽动症疗效好,无西药不良反应等优点。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the efficacy of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treating children with Tourette syndrome. Methods : 65 cases selected were randomly divided into the treatment group of 33 patients and the control group of 32 patients. The treatment group received acupuncture treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine. The control group was treated with Haloperidol. Efficacy was evaluated according to YGTSS and decrease rate. Results- 18 cases were cured; 12 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective in the treatment group. 10 cases were cured; 12 cases were effective and 10 cases were ineffective in the treatment group. The comparison of the efficacy between the two groups showed that (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine can achieve good curative effect in treating children with Tourette syndrome with no side effects of western medicine.
