甘麦大枣汤合逍遥散加味治疗乳腺癌伴抑郁症临床研究

目的：观察甘麦大枣汤合逍遥散加味治疗乳腺癌伴抑郁症的临床疗效。方法：将96例乳腺癌伴抑郁症患者随机平均分为两组,治疗组给予甘麦大枣汤合逍遥散加味治疗。对照组口服阿普唑仑片治疗。疗程均为6周。两组均在治疗前后第1、2、4、6周采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）评定患者抑郁状态,观察疗效和不良反应,并对两组治疗前后进行卡氏积分判定。结果：治疗后1周后,对照组HAMD积分、SDS积分和治疗前比较均有显著下降（P〈0.05）,并且较治疗组低（P〈0.05）。治疗2、4、6周后,两组患者的HAMD积分、SDS积分与治疗前比较均有显著下降（P〈0.05）,并且治疗后6周时治疗组HAMD积分、SDS积分,明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：两组患者临床疗效相当,阿普唑仑较甘麦大枣汤合逍遥散加味显效快,但甘麦大枣汤合逍遥散加味比阿普唑仑片作用持久,且不良反应少,并提高患者的生活质量。

Clinical Research on Ganmai Dazao Decoction Combined with Xiaoyaosan in Treating Breast Cancer with Depression

Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of Ganmai Dazao Decoction combined with Xiaoyaosan in treating breast cancer with depression.Methods： 96 cases of breast cancer with depression were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group received Ganmai Dazao Decoction combined with Xiaoyaosan.The control group was treated with oral administration of alprazolam tablets.The treatment course was both 6 weeks.During the first,second,forth,sixth week after the treatment,both groups adopted HAMD and SDS to assess depression in patients,observe therapeutic effect and adverse reactions and KPS evaluation was conducted in both groups before and after the treatment.Results： 1 week after treatment,HAMD points and SDS points in the control group significantly decreased compared with the points before treatment（P〈0.05）,and lower than the treatment group（P〈0.05）.After treating for 2,4,6 weeks,HAMD points and SDS points of patients in both groups significantly decreased compared with the points before treatment（P〈0.05）.After treating for 6 weeks,HAMD points and SDS points of patients in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The clinical efficacies of the two groups are almost equivalent.Compared with Ganmai Dazao Decoction combined with Xiaoyaosan,alprazolam tablets exert faster effects,while Ganmai Dazao Decoction combined with Xiaoyaosan could improve life quality of patients bearing with lasting effect and less adverse reactions.
