药物注射联合针刀治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床观察

目的：探讨药物注射联合针刀治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：86例椎动脉型颈椎病患者均采用药物注射联合针刀治疗,治疗期间停用其他药物及保守治疗方法,每周1次,3次1疗程,治疗2疗程,随访3月-1 a。结果：治愈55例,显效16例,有效10例,无效5例,有效率为94.2%。结论：药物注射联合针刀是治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的有效方法,该方法具有操作简便,患者痛苦小,疗程短,易于接受,症状改善快,效果肯定等优点。

Clinical Research of Drug Injection Combined with Needle-knife in Treating Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of drug injection combined with needle-knife in treating cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Methods：86 cases of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were all given the treatment of drug injection combined with needle-knife.Other drugs and conservative treatment were withdrawn during the treatment,1 week per time,3 times as a course of treatment for 2 courses and a follow-up of three months to 1 a.Results：55 cases were cured;16 cases were markedly effective;10 cases were effective;5 cases were ineffective and the effective rate was 94.2%.Conclusion：Drug injection combined with needle-knife is an effective method for treating cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type,which is simple to operate and easy to accept with little pain and a short course,The symptoms can be improved quickly and the effects are definite,so it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
