参芪扶正注射液联合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤临床研究

目的：观察参芪扶正注射液联合化疗对恶性肿瘤患者临床症状和生活质量的影响。方法：将84例恶性肿瘤患者按照数字表法随机分为参芪加化疗组（治疗组）42例,单纯化疗组（对照组）42例。两组患者的化疗方案根据病种、病理类型的不同来制定。在实施化疗方案前5 d,给治疗组同步静脉滴注250 mL参芪扶正注射液,21 d为1疗程,1次/d;对照组单用化疗法,同时观察患者的情况以此作为对照。在化疗期间两组患者的其他抗癌药物均要停用。参照WHO制定的实体肿瘤疗效评价标准临床症状及体征采用评分法、生活质量状况变化采用卡氏评分,观察治疗期间患者的临床症状以及生活质量。结果：通过3种指标的评价,参芪化疗组肿瘤病灶疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）,临床症状改善率优于对照组（P〈0.05）,治疗组患者的生活质量明显提高。结论：参芪扶正注射液联合化疗能够改善患者的临床症状和生活质量。

Clinical Study of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection Combined with Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Malignant Tumor

Objective：To observe the effect of shenqi fuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy to the clinic symptom and the life quanlity of malignant tumor sufferer.Methods：84 malignant tumor sufferer were randomly divided into two groups according to the number lock method：shenqi fuzheng injection and chemotherapy group（treatment group） 42 cases and chemotherapy group（control group） 42 cases.Chemotherapy programs were prepared by different diseases and pathology kinds.Treatment group were intravenous driped shenqi fuzheng injection 250 mL before chemotherapy 5 days or synchronously with chemotherapy,once every day,21 days as one period.Control group were given only chemotherapy,making the observed situation synchronously as the control.Both the groups didn＇t use any other cancer drugs.Refering the solid tumors evaluation standard drafted by WHO,with score methods evaluating clinic symptoms and signs,with cassette score method evaluating the change of life quanlity,we observed the clinic symptom and life quanlity of patients during the treatment.Results：According to the three indexs,the treatment group＇effect was better than that in the control group（P0.05）,clinic symptom improving ratio were better than control group（P0.05）,and in the treatment group,the patients＇ life quanlities were improved obviously.Conclusion：Shenqi fuzheng injection together with chemotherapy can improve the patients＇ clinic symptom and life quanlity obviously;it was deserved for extending and using.
