射频靶点热凝术结合臭氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

摘    要:目的:探讨射频靶点热凝术结合臭氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将62例腰椎间盘突出症患者按随机分成射频靶点热凝对照组,射频靶点热凝结合臭氧注射治疗组,分别于术后7 d、30 d及180 d进行疗效评价。结果:治疗组术后7 d、30 d及180 d优良率均高于对照组(P〈0.05)。各组无明显术后并发症发生。结论:射频靶点热凝术结合臭氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症,比单纯射频靶点热凝治疗疗效好。

Abstract:Objective:To study the clinical curative effects of radiofrequency target thermocoagulation combined with ozone injection in treating intervertebral disk hernia.Methods:62 cases of intervertebral disc herniation were randomly divided into radiofrequency target thermocoagulation group as the control group(group A,n=31) and radiofrequency target thermocoagulation combined with ozone injection group as the treatment group(group B,n=31).Therapeutic effects were respectively evaluated in the first week,second months and sixth months after the operation.Results:Compare with the control group,the treatment group showed a higher effective rate in the first week,second months and sixth months after the operation(P0.05).Both groups had no significant postoperative complications.Conclusion:Radiofrequency target thermocoagulation combined with ozone injection shows better curative effects in treating intervertebral disk hernia than the single use of radiofrequency target thermocoagulation for treatment.
