摘    要:
目的:探讨活血化瘀法联合宫腔内人工授精(IUI)对子宫内膜异位症(EM)不孕的临床疗效。方法:将50例因子宫内膜异位症不孕患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组直接用IUI加用活血化瘀中药;对照组则IUI治疗。结果:活血化瘀中药联合IUI对EM不孕的疗效明显提高。结论:活血化瘀法联合IUI是治疗EM不孕的有效方法之一。

Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of TCM treatment of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis combined with intrauterine insemination (IUI) in treating infertility of endometriosis (EM). Methods : 50 cases of infertility due to EM were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with the direct use of IUI plus traditional Chinese medicines with the functions of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, while the control group was treated with IUI. Results: The efficacy of using traditional Chinese medicine treatment of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis combined with IUI was significantly improved in treating infertility of EM. Conclusion : Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis combined with IUI is an effective method in treating infertility of EM.
