加味天麻胶囊中天麻素的高效液相色谱法测定方法及标准

目的：建立加味天麻胶囊中天麻素的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法,ODS C18（4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm）,以乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液（3：97）为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长220 nm。结果：天麻素在3.92-39.2μg/mL的范围内线性关系良好（r=0.999 7）,天麻素的回收率平均为98.0%,RSD为0.73%。结论：该方法操作简便、灵敏、准确,其测量数值可用于加味天麻胶囊质量的控制标准。

Determination of Gastrodin in Jiawei Tianma Capsule by HPLC

Objective：To establish the content determination method of gastrodin in Jiawei Tianma capsule by HPLC.Methods：By means of HPLC,ODS C18（4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm） was used for chromatogram,acetonitrile-0.05%H3PO4（397） for mobile phase,and the flow rate was at 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength at 220 nm respectively.Results：A linear relationship was showed between Tianma concentration and peak area,during the range from 3.92 to 39.2 μg/mL（r=0.999 7）,while the average recovery was 98.0%（RSD=0.73%,n=6））.Conclusion：This method is more simple,sensitive and accurate,great benefit for quality control of Jiawei Tianma Capsule.
