| 摘 要： | 目的：观察桃红四物汤加味浴足治疗中风后遗症的临床疗效。方法：将80例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组中风后遗症康复期接受常规康复治疗。治疗组中风康复期接受常规康复治疗外加用桃红四物汤加味浴足治疗。结果：治疗组和对照组有效率分别为95%和85%（P〈0.05）。结论：常规康复治疗外加用桃红四物汤加味浴足治疗中风后遗症疗效好,有助于缓解中风后遗症患者症状,提高生活质量,且方法简单,易于应用

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Taohong Siwu Tang flavored prescriptions added to bath foot massage to rehabilitation of stroke sequela;.Methods：80 cases stroke sequela were divided into the treatment group and the control group followed up,the control were treated by the westen medicine rountine treatment,the treatment were by Taohong Siwu Tang.Results：Respectively in treatment and the control the effective rate was 95%and 85%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：taohongsiwu tang treatment for hemiplegia has good effect and can help alleviate pains of patients with advanced cancer,improve sleep,and advance the quality of life in patients with a chronic.The method is simple and worth extending |
