步长脑心通改善缺血性中风患者脑缺血缺氧的临床研究

目的：观察步长脑心通对缺血性中风患者脑缺血缺氧的治疗效果。方法：将120例缺血性中风患者按随机数字表法随机分为对照组30例和治疗组90例,对照组在基础治疗的基础上加用消检通络胶囊,治疗组在对照组基础上加服步长脑心通。两组均以30 d为1疗程,疗程后,比较两组治疗前后临床疗效、神经功能缺损症状积分以及血液流变学指标的变化,以评价步长脑心通的临床疗效。结果：临床疗效上两组有极显著差异（P〈0.01）;神经功能缺损症状积分,治疗组在治疗后显著下降,与治疗前相比,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;血液流变学指标,治疗组在治疗前后差异显著（P〈0.05）,而对照组只在全血比低切粘度、血浆粘度存在显著差异（P〈0.05）,同时在治疗后两组在全血比高切粘度、全血比低切粘度、血浆粘度上差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论：步长脑心通改善脑缺血缺氧疗效显著。

Clinical Research of Buchangnaoxintong in Improving Ischemic Stroke Patients with Deoxygen to Brain Chrysanthemum

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of buchang NaoXinTong in treating ischemic stroke patients deoxygen to brain.Methods：120 patients with ischemic stroke patients were divided into treatment group and control group,compared the two groups before and after treatment efficacy and nerve function defect symptoms integration and hemorheology indices of change,in order to evaluate the clinical effect of buchangNaoXinTong.Results：Clinical curative effect on two groups have very significant difference（P0.01）;Nerve function defect symptoms integral of the treatment group after treatment decreased significantly,the treatment compared with before have significant difference（P0.05）;The hemorrheologic indices,the treatment group before and after treatment have significant difference（P0.05）,whereas the control only in all the blood viscosity,lower than cut plasma viscosity significant difference（P0.05）,and in the two groups in treatment whole blood viscosity,high cutting than the whole blood viscosity,lower than cut the plasma viscosity significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Buchang Naoxintong improve oxygen to brain ischemia curative effect is distinct.
