益气活血化瘀法治疗短暂性脑缺血发作疗效观察

目的：观察益气活血化瘀法治疗短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）的临床疗效。方法：短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）患者47例,按中医辨证分为气虚血瘀、肝阳上亢、风痰阻络3型,分别给予中药治疗。结果：47例患者中,痊愈21例,有效13例,显效8例,无效5例,有效率89.36%。结论：中医药是治疗TIA的有效方法之一,益气活血化瘀是治疗成功的关键

Efficacy Observation of Transient Cerebral lschemia Treated by Supplementing Qi and Promoting Blood Crculation to Remove Blood Stasis

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of the TCM treatment method for transient ischemic attack（TIA） by supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.Methods：47 TIA patients who were divided into qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,hyperactivity of liver-yang syndrome and wind-phlegm obstructing the meridian syndrome according to the TCM syndrome differentiation,were all given the corresponding traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Results：Among 47 patients,21 cases were cured;13 cases were effective;8 cases were improved and 5 cases were ineffective with an efficiency rate of 89.36%.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating TIA and the method of supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis is the key to successful treatment
