| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法：将60例带状疱疹患者随机分为2组，治疗组30例采用针灸治疗，对照组30例采用西药治疗。结果：治疗组有效率93．33％，对照组有效率73．33％，差异有显著意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组优于对照组。结论：针灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛，疗效肯定，操作简单，安全无不良反应，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture therapy in treating postherpetic neuralgia of herpes zoster. Methods ： 60 cases of herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture, while 30 cases in the control group were treated with western medicine. Results： The total efficiency rate of the treatment group was 93.33% , while the total efficiency rate of the control group was 73.33%. The difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion： Using acupuncture in treating postherpetic neuralgia is effective, simple for practice and safe without side effects, so it is worth promoting. |
