| Abstract: | Nursing department information managing system includes five parts of information on nursing staff, professional work, teaching and continuing education, scientific research and finance and economics. After applied the system more than one year, we learned from experiences that the system was very practical. It may solve practical problems, elevate working efficacy. It is convenient and fast to inquire about. It provides a modernized management tool for nursing managers to make decisions. The system has accurate and convincing data, standard printing tables. And it has promoted the modernization of nursing management. |
