| 摘 要： | 目的观察电针不同穴位对急性脑缺血再灌注大鼠的疗效。方法选用健康SD雄性大鼠46只，阻塞大鼠大脑中动脉，复制急性脑缺血再灌注模型，分为正常对照组、模型组和电针组，电针组又分为6组不同穴位。采用神经功能缺损评分、局部脑血流和脑梗死体积测定分别观察大鼠神经功能缺损程度及脑梗死体积变化。结果脑缺血再灌注24h后，电针“人中、百会”和“曲池、内关”对急性脑缺血具有良好的效果，而电针其他组穴位疗效较差。结论电针治疗急性脑缺血具有穴位特异性。
