| 摘 要： | 目的探讨注意缺陷多动障碍（ADHD）和血微量元素铅（Pb）、锌（Zn）、铁（Fe）水平的关系。方法用原子吸收分光光度法对60例ADHD患儿进行血Pb、Zn、Fe水平测定,同时选取60例正常体检儿童作为对照组。结果ADHD患儿血铅水平（95±17.01μg/L）明显高于对照组（51±19.51μg/L）（P〈0.05）,血锌水平（63.42±11.90μmol/L）明显低于对照组（88.23±12.37μmol/L）（P〈0.05）。结论ADHD患儿多伴铅过量、锌缺乏,故在诊治时应常规检测并及早纠正。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between children with attention deficit with heperactivity disorder（ADHD） and their blood trace element levels.Methods Blood Pb,Zn,Fe levels of 60 ADHD children were determined by atom —absorbent spectrophotometry and 60 normal children were chosen as the control.Results The blood Pb level was higher in ADHD children（95±17.01）μg/L than that in normal children（51±19.51 μg/L,P〈0.05）,the Zn is lower in ADHD children（63.42±11.90） μmol/L than those in normal 88.23±12.37 μmol/L.（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The lead poisoning and zinc efficiency may be related to the development of ADHD in children. |
