胆囊癌12例CT误诊分析

目的探讨CT对胆囊癌的误诊原因,以提高鉴别诊断的能力。方法回顾性分析CT误诊而经手术病理证实的12例胆囊癌的临床及CT资料。结果术前诊断胆囊炎、胆囊结石6例,胆囊增生性病变3例,胰头部占位1例及肝癌2例。手术病理证实腺癌7例,鳞癌2例,黏液腺癌1例,乳头状腺癌1例,未分化癌1例。结论熟练掌握胆囊癌各型的CT征象,结合临床资料,仔细观察分析CT征象,大部分胆囊癌能得以正确的诊断。CT增强扫描能准确反映肿瘤的位置、大小、侵犯范围及对周围邻近组织侵犯程度,并有利于与其他疾病相鉴别,从而减少误诊。

Gallbladder cancer CT Misdiagnosis Analysis of 12 Cases

Objective To evaluate the CT misdiagnosis of gallbladder carcinoma in order to improve the differential diagnosis capabilities. Methods A retrospective analysis of CT misdiagnosed and confirmed by surgery and pathology of 12 cases of gallbladder carcinoma clinical and CT data. Results The preoperative diagnosis of cholecystitis and gallstone 6 cases, 3 cases of gallbladder lesions, occupying one cases of pancreatic head and liver in 2 cases. 7 cases with pathologically proved adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma in 2 cases, mucinous adenocarcinoma in 1 case, papillary adenocarcinoma in 1 case, undifferentiated carcinoma in 1 case. Conclusions Master of the CT signs of various types of gallbladder cancer, combined with clinical data, carefully observing and analyzing CT signs, most of the gallbladder can be correctly diagnosed. Enhanced CT scan can accurately reflect the tumor location, size, scope and infringement violations of the extent of the surrounding adjacent tissues, and is conducive to identifying with other diseases, thereby reducing misdiagnosis.
