| 奥曲肽治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血33例 | |

| 摘 要： | 食管静脉曲张破裂出血临床常见，病死率高达２８－６０％，传统采用血管加压素和气囊压迫出血疗效欠佳。人工合成的八肽生物凶不长效类似物奥曲肽半衰期长，副作用少。一年余用奥曲肽３３例肝硬化失代偿合并食管脉曲张破裂出血病人，上血率为８４．８％，其中每日持续静滴０．４－０．６ｍｇ者与只静滴０．１－０．２ｍｇ者相比，前者止血率为１００％，后者止血率为５４．５％。 |

| Abstract: | Hemarrhage of ruptured esophageal varices is quite common in clinic and its mortality reached 28 - 60 %. Cthesic methods using vasopressin and air - pocket compression to control hemarrhsae are not well worked. Octreotide, an artifictal synthetic octapeptide and a long-acting analog of somatostatin,has a long half life and with no adverse effect. 33 cases of hepatocirrhosis decompensation with hemarrhage of ruptured esophageal varices were treated with octreotide and the hemastasis rate was 84. 8%. While using intravenous instillation of 0. 4 - 0. 6mg/day,the hemastasis rate was 100%;that of 0. 1 - 0. 2mg/dny,the hemastasis rate was 54. 5%. |
